In his words

“Most of what I do never shows up on race day. The gym sessions, the long rides on the road bike, the same corner hundreds of times. Success isn’t given to the most talented rider. It goes to the one who refuses to stop improving.”

Race weekends are the short part

Track days at SPN Academy and on his R6 at larger circuits are what people see. The rest of the week is gym and strength work, long rides on the road bike, running, flat track and Hyrox-style conditioning.
